Ingredients

  • 400 g strawberries
  • 40 g sugar
  • A small amount of lemon juice
  • 260 g heavy cream
  • 25 g condensed milk
  • Freeze-dried strawberry crumbs as needed (for decoration)
  • Sugar sprinkles as needed (for decoration)

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberry Jam

  • Follow my step-by-step guide to make the strawberry jam. Once the jam is ready, remove it from the pot and set it aside to cool completely.

Whip the Cream

  • In a clean, dry, and oil-free container, combine 260g heavy cream and 25g condensed milk.
  • Use an electric mixer to whip at medium-low speed, gradually increasing to medium-high speed. Whip until the cream becomes thick and forms stiff peaks. When you lift the whisk, the cream should hold its shape firmly.

Combine with Strawberry Jam

  • Pour the cooled strawberry jam into the whipped cream and condensed milk mixture.Gently fold the mixture with a spatula, moving from the bottom up, until everything is evenly combined. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.

Transfer to a Container

  • Pour the ice cream base into a suitable container, such as a sealed storage box or ice cream molds.Use a spatula to smooth the surface evenly.
  • Evenly sprinkle freeze-dried strawberry crumbs and sugar sprinkles over the top for added flavor and decoration.

Freeze

  • Place the container in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the ice cream is fully set.
  • Avoid opening the freezer door frequently during the freezing process to ensure the ice cream sets properly.
