- 400 g strawberries
- 40 g sugar
- A small amount of lemon juice
- 260 g heavy cream
- 25 g condensed milk
- Freeze-dried strawberry crumbs as needed (for decoration)
- Sugar sprinkles as needed (for decoration)
Prepare the Strawberry Jam
Follow my step-by-step guide to make the strawberry jam. Once the jam is ready, remove it from the pot and set it aside to cool completely.
Whip the Cream
In a clean, dry, and oil-free container, combine 260g heavy cream and 25g condensed milk.
Use an electric mixer to whip at medium-low speed, gradually increasing to medium-high speed. Whip until the cream becomes thick and forms stiff peaks. When you lift the whisk, the cream should hold its shape firmly.
Combine with Strawberry Jam
Pour the cooled strawberry jam into the whipped cream and condensed milk mixture.Gently fold the mixture with a spatula, moving from the bottom up, until everything is evenly combined. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
Transfer to a Container
Pour the ice cream base into a suitable container, such as a sealed storage box or ice cream molds.Use a spatula to smooth the surface evenly.
Evenly sprinkle freeze-dried strawberry crumbs and sugar sprinkles over the top for added flavor and decoration.
Freeze
Place the container in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the ice cream is fully set.
Avoid opening the freezer door frequently during the freezing process to ensure the ice cream sets properly.
