- 250 g heavy cream
- 150 g milk
- 30 g sugar
- 6 g gelatin sheets
- 300 g strawberries divided: some for jam, others halved for garnish
Prepare the Panna Cotta Base
Pour 250g heavy cream and 150g milk into a saucepan. Add 30g sugar.
Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly to dissolve the sugar. Heat until it reaches approximately 50°C.
Soak 6g gelatin sheets in cold water for 5–10 minutes until softened.
Once softened, remove the gelatin sheets, drain the water, and add them to the warm milk mixture. Stir until completely dissolved.
Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to ensure smoothness, then pour it into serving containers.
Let the containers cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 4 hours or until fully set.
