Ingredients

  • 2-3 potatoes adjust according to the number of servings
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Dipping Sauce:

  • 2 heads garlic
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp olive oil drizzle over the cut garlic
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare the potatoes: Wash the potatoes and cut them into wedges. The size of the wedges can be adjusted according to personal preference, but try to keep them consistent to ensure even cooking.
  • Season the potatoes: Place the cut potato wedges into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and season with black pepper and sea salt. Toss the wedges with your hands or a stirring tool to ensure they are evenly coated with oil and seasoning. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Prepare the garlic: Take 2 heads of garlic and cut off the top of each. Drizzle a little olive oil over the cut garlic, then wrap the garlic in aluminum foil for roasting separately in the air fryer.
  • Air fry the ingredients: Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F). Place the prepared potato wedges into the air fryer basket and add the wrapped garlic. Set the air fryer to cook at 200°C for 30 minutes. During the cooking process, you can shake the basket midway to ensure the wedges cook evenly.
  • Make the garlic sauce: Once the potato wedges and garlic are done, carefully unwrap the garlic and squeeze the roasted garlic into a small bowl. Add the mayonnaise, chopped parsley, and black pepper, and mix well to make the garlic sauce.
