Quick and Easy Sesame Noodles

- 100 g thinly sliced beef
- 100 g noodles
- 100 g cucumber
- 50 g fried peanuts
- 20 g cilantro
- 1 tbsp chopped scallions
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp cooking oil I prefer peanut oil
- 1 tbsp bird's eye chili adjust to taste
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Chinese black vinegar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp sesame paste
- 3 tbsp warm water
Make the Sauce
In a bowl, add 1 tbsp chopped scallions, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp white sesame seeds, and 1 tbsp bird's eye chili.
Heat 3 tbsp cooking oil until hot and pour it over the mixture to release its fragrance.
Add 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp Chinese black vinegar, and 1 tbsp oyster sauce to the bowl. Stir to combine.
In another bowl, mix 3 tbsp sesame paste with 3 tbsp warm water, adding the water gradually and stirring continuously until smooth.
Combine the sesame paste mixture with the prepared sauce and mix well. Set aside.
Prepare the Ingredients
Boil a pot of water. Once boiling, add 100g thinly sliced beef and cook until the color changes. Remove the beef and drain.
In another pot, boil water and cook 100g noodles until fully cooked. Drain and rinse the noodles under cold water, then transfer them to a bowl.
Wash and julienne 100g cucumber. Wash and finely chop 20g cilantro.
Assemble the Noodles
In the bowl with the noodles, add the cooked beef, cucumber, fried peanuts, and cilantro.
Pour the prepared sesame sauce over the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
