Ingredients

  • various fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, mango, watermelon, or honeydew, as desired
  • 1 large container for assembly transparent glass or plastic bucket
  • lemon slices as desired
  • fruit jelly as desired
  • plain ice cubes as desired
  • small kumquat slices as desired
  • flavored soda such as cola or Sprite, as desired

Instructions

Prepare the Fruits:

  • Wash the fruits thoroughly and cut them into larger chunks. Place the chunks into a blender or juicer and blend into fruit juice. If the juice is too thick, add a small amount of drinking water, but ensure it doesn't become too thin.

Make the Fruity Ice Balls:

  • Pour the fruit juice into ice ball molds, filling each cavity completely. Carefully place the molds in the freezer and freeze for about 4 hours or until the juice solidifies into ice balls.

Assemble the Happiness Bucket:

  • Take a large transparent bucket or container for assembling your “happiness bucket.” Start by placing lemon slices along the sides of the container. Add your favorite fruit jelly for extra texture and fun. Add some plain ice cubes and a few slices of kumquat. Finally, remove the frozen fruit ice balls from the molds and add them to the bucket.

Add the Sparkling Touch:

  • Slowly pour your choice of flavored soda (e.g., cola or Sprite) into the bucket. Adjust the quantity based on your preference. Garnish as desired, and your happiness bucket is ready to enjoy!
