Ingredients

  • 70 g cake flour
  • 10 g cocoa powder
  • 35 g white sugar
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 100 g milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 banana

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 70g cake flour, 10g cocoa powder, 35g white sugar, and 5g baking powder. Add 100g milk and 1 egg, then mix until smooth.
  • Peel the banana and slice it into thin, even pieces for even cooking. Add the slices to the batter and gently stir until the banana is fully coated.

Cooking the Pancake Bites

  • Heat a frying pan on low heat and add a small amount of cooking oil (optional if using a non-stick pan).
  • Scoop a banana slice coated in batter and place it in the pan. Repeat for as many pieces as will fit without overcrowding.
  • Cook on low heat until small bubbles form on the surface of the batter and the edges set. Flip the bite carefully with a spatula and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden on both sides.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter and banana slices.

Serving Suggestions

  • Place the cooked pancake bites on a serving plate. Top with honey, chocolate syrup, powdered sugar, or fresh fruits like strawberries or blueberries for added flavor. Serve warm and enjoy!
